Transitional Ranch

I had the privilege of designing this north Scottsdale home from the ground up and got to work with the most amazing clients in the process. This home is a contemporary ranch based on Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural concepts. We designed this home with the architect’s vision of “bringing the outside in”. We used natural finishes and colors to compliment the beautiful desert area the home is settled in. We used mixtures of elements throughout the interior of the home to mirror the delicate balance nature brings to the outdoors. Warm colors, fabrics, textures, soft and hard edges and mixtures of metal, wood and stone were all important elements of the design of this home.
